Terms and Conditions of Maintenance Plans:
All plans must be paid for up front before any work can commence. No refunds available. Hours cannot be used against projects other than that related to the website that the plan was intended for. The company must use the hours bought within the plan time constraints, any hours left over will become in valid after the stated date and therefore will be lost. Length of plan life times is as follows:- 1 month plan = 30 days from date of purchase, 3 month plan = 90 days from date of purchase, 6 month plan = 180 days from date of purchase, and 12 month plan = 365 days from date of purchase.
